funkyrabbit Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 Hi guys, i have an special win xp version created with nlite. The Problem is the section [RunOnceEx]%systemdrive%\Progs\RunOnceEx.cmdIt is all fine - the entries in registry etc. - but after the restart of the pc it dosn´t work. my question is - what is the premise for running the "RunOnceEx" Key. Is there a file something like a *.dll or something else.sorry for my english - but if you understand anything else - write me
SC00BS Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 rundll32.exe iernonce.dll,RunOnceExProcessThe above command will run the entries in RunOnceEx immediately
funkyrabbit Posted December 13, 2004 Author Posted December 13, 2004 i tried this one but it doesn´t work. is any service or something else required for executing (working) this command?
MHz Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 No RunOnceEx section in winnt.sif? RunOnceEx.cmd should execute from Cmdlines.txt.
prathapml Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 Yes, there's no such section in winnt.sifInstead the section is actually called [GUIrunOnce].
