Yahoo Messenger 6

Hi Guys..

I wanna install Yahoo Messenger 6 silently. My code goes below. It's installing silently un attended but immediately after installation the messenger window is opening asking for username and password to login. How to get rid of this ???

taskkill /im Ypager.exe /f worked for me.

taskkill /im Ypager.exe /f  worked for me.

It worked fine for me too, Kamil.

Pskill is not a native Windows command, so it won't work if you haven't included it yourself on your uA CD. If you have included it, perhaps you aren't calling it properly. I can't help you with that since I've never used pskill myself. I do know, however, that killing Ypager.exe will get rid of the login prompt. The method you choose to kill it is entirely up to you.
