Unregister dll in 98

Is the command for unregistering a dll in 98 the same as in 2k & XP?

regsvr32 /u [dll name]

The 98 machine I'm working on does not have the regsvr32.exe file.

As far as I know yes. The file should be in the \windows\system folder. Maybe you need to add the system folder to your path variable in autoexec.bat so you can unregister files in other directories than the system directory.

With win98, check if the registering command is "regsvr.exe" instead.
