Rick
I tried to get cometcursor off my computer after my wife d/l'ed the stupid spyware because she thought the little cursors were cute! Argghhh! I had to explain to her how they put crap like that up so that they can get all in your computer. Anyway, I tried to uninstall it using the XP uninstaller and it said I didn't have access to some files. Then I tried using Norton CleanSweep and the same thing again for a couple of dll's. What does it mean I don't have access? It's my darn computer? Anybody know how to resolve this?Rick:WTF?:
Aaron
Have you got Administrator priviledges?Get Ad-Aware from ht*p://www.lavasoft.com to remove all traces of spyware on your PC. Be careful what you remove, cos you could remove dlls and registry entries that stop other programs from working. Just remove the references to cometcursor.
