autologin? at startup

I think i've seen this being unattend,

buut i wanted to know how exactly, and why windows doesn't autologin at start up.

I mean, i've got only one user, the Administrator.

How do i get windows to autologin so i don't have to wait for prog's to load when i get back to thhe comp?
