help with RunOnceEx.cmd and some programs

well im using this little utility RunOnceEx.cmd Creator its great for this, but i need the full lines to install:

1. windows messenger 5.1

2. ad-aware se lates version

3. Norton GoBack (i dont know if this 1 is posible, but like to know if i can put it in the runonceex.
