mdac problem?

i just installed the SOLARWINDS TOOLSET and when i try to open some of it tools iget this massage:

there seems to be aproblem with microsoft data access component.

you need to repair/reinstall the component.

anyone can tell how can i do that?i mean repair/reinstall the mdac?

You can go to Microsoft's Download Site - www.microsoft.com/download

Select MDAC 2.8 components. Once downloaded, install and reboot. You're done.
