Finding Newly Installed Files After Installation

I was wondering if there was an easy way to locate all of the files that were put onto my hard drive when an application was installed. This is not for just one application but for all applications in generally. Thanks

Try some of those uninstaller programs, they monitor all the files they install and make backup of those it replaces. Monitors all changes when programs get installed so that they can be uninstalled correctly.

InstallRite 2.5c can monitor what happens when an installer is runnng, and clone the setup package to be silent, for you. And its freeware.

WinInstall LE and such software exist too, to peek into an MSI file and find out what operations are coded into the installer.
