new program for desktop

i dont actually know how to make this program but er.. its not a program just like an index tab thing.. ok in MyPictures folder on the left side where all the folders are, should be a tab with options on the desktop set up for example if you're browsing your pictures folder and see a picture you would love on your desktop as a wallpaper but now you have to go into the desktop right click properties to get full controls on how it should be layed out.. those options should be on a tab or something in the MyPictures folder for easier access .........does that make sense ahaha

but from what i understand, i'm guessing you want to be able to browse you "my pictures" and when you see a picture to set it as the desktop? you could double click it and it'll bring up the "windows and fax viewer" program then just right click the picture and hit set to desktop...

Wouldn't it be easier just to right click the Picture and click on Set As Desktop Background.

hmm.. mine does show set as desktop background lol.

but when you click set as desktop background it just goes to whatever first, it might make it tile but you want it center.. do you get it?
