November 30, 200421 yr I am having problems shutting down my computer which runs in Windows ME 4.90.3000. Although I think all programmes are shut down, when I click 'Start', 'Shutdown' the screen either freezes or I have to 'end task' several times. I sometimes have to 'restart' three times before it will finally shutdown. Any suggestions?
