transparency lost for desktop icons

hi all

after unattended installation my desktop icons contain dark background.imean no transparency for desktop icons.

there is a thread with the same problem.there some one mentioned this reg tweak

is that what u want?

if that is the case remove the registry tweak that u posted from your registry tweak first, and replace it with the one i post above.

if u try to apply this in windows it will work but, u hv to reboot to see the changes. pls ask one of the mods to move this to the registry tweaks section, with the label being desktop visual tweaks.

i downloaded that reg file and tested(by cmdlines) but no use.problem is still there.dark back ground as shown in my above picture

here is what u do, just try it on VM ok

here is my reg tweaks... complete minus my serial and name ok

it must be run from the cmdline.txt

[COMMANDS]
"REGEDIT /S tweaks.reg"

"dvdRunOnceEx.cmd"

mine is dvdrunonceEX.cmd your might be different just change it to what u hv.

if that doesn't work. we will try another method.

Remember to run this in VM, clean install not after or command prompt.
