Newbie Help with Multiboot CD

Hey, I'm pretty new to trying to build a multiboot CD. What I'm trying to do should be rather simple. I want to make a multibootable CD with Avast! PE and also Hitachi's Drive Fitness Test Program. I have an ISO image of both. I've looked at a bunch of different programs and I'm really struggling getting started. If someone can point me in the direction I need that would be awesome. If there's a newbie guide that I just missed please just give me a link and I apologize for the post. Thanks in advance.
