November 24, 200421 yr Is it possible to remove a slipstreamed version of DirectX 9 from a Windows XP CD, allowing a slipstream of SP2 to install a fresh copy of it?Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
November 24, 200421 yr Author Not in my case. It compalins about DX9 files such as dpnmodem.dll not being found or corrupted during the inital setup. It also complains a few more times during setup.
November 24, 200421 yr u must be using nlite.why dont u just start from stratch with a fresh xp virgin cd.it is pretty easy.. takes less than 10 mins
