Building an MSI file

How do I build an .msi file? I've searched on google and technet but can't find anything

Look for WinstallLE (Found on your XP CD) or InstallRite (links available from this forum) or use InstallShield. I can't believe that google found nothing about building MSI files!!!!!!!!!

Basically, you build a CLEAN PC with no apps no mods

Install either the above

Do a scan of PC

Install app, making changes DONOT reboot

Do a scan to collect changes

MSI created

you will need installshield premier 10.5 or express.

do a search on google for installshield it is full version free for 60day trial.
