starting services with shortcut ?

How can I start a service (set to manual, in admnistrative tools) with a shortcut ? Is it possible ?

set the path to "net start servicename"

and for stoping a service "net stop servicename"

the service name can be foud from services.msc and look for the options of the service you want to control. eg. kerio 2.15 is named PersFW
