Boot CD: Only enter Boot Menu if Button is pressed

I made a custom Windows 98 boot CD. My problems is that I only want to enter the boot menu of the CD if I press a button, just like a Windows 2000 / XP CD.

Because otherwise it always enters the boot menu and begins the procedure again.

How do I do that?

There is a nice file at Bart's free JO.SYS that should do the trick.
