how to do this coding? pls help!

fellow programmers... heres one qn to ask.. how are we supposed to insert the values from VB.NET coding to the .exe file which will be running using the cmd prompt? any idea? or perhaps is it possible to do such codings? pls advise.. thanks.

I don't konw exactly how in vb .net yet

but in vb6 we used to do this by usiog

open file, get , put, seek commands

I think it's the start of solution but If i found the exact answer I'll post it here
