I am getting an error when hitting send/receive for my email. I have ATT and MSN on there . It occurs with MSN. the error is

task: msn: folder: inbox: synchronization headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF6)

An unknown error has occured. Please save any work and restart

It occurs when sending and receiving . it gets to 66% then I get the error

Does anyone know what it is and why I get it and how to fix it?
