Anyone know how to lockdown access to Windows services and processes on XP Home SP2?

I don't want my kids being able to disable NetNanny and Chat Monitoring software and services by stopping the service or killing the process in Task Manager.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I can't believe with the incredible wealth of knowledge the members of this forum have that noone could find an answer to this question.

After a great deal of research I found a tool called, xp_secconsole.exe, reminded me of the Poledit.exe from Win9x and NT, that allows you to remove access to the Taskbar, My Computer, Run command, etc. on a per user/profile basis.

We'll see if this does the trick.
