Astalavista Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 is it possible to redefine the default avi player from like winamp or media player 10to powerdvdlooking for the registry tweak.thanks
CoffeeFiend Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 While I don't have the tweak handy right now (I could look at it later if needed), peek at HKCR\.AVI and the associated half (most likely HKCR\avifile)You could always rename them, then reinstall PowerDVD and let it take over the extensions and back up that... (maybe not the best way, but it would be easy to do)Personally, I wouldn't let PowerDVD touch my avi's
