Outlook 2003 block senders list

In outlook 2003 sp1 on windows XP sp2 does anyone know where outlook keeps the block senders list .txt file. I am not talking about where you add or remove block senders I want the file location so please do not tell me to go to tool - options - block senders list. That is NOT what I want. I am looking for where that list is saved on the hard drive.

PS i don't want to know about the import/export feature either.

its most likely in Application Data>Identities>Microsoft or something along the lines of that

could always search your computer for *.txt. it will bring a lot of results, but the file will be there somewhere
