logonui problem

i downloaded i logonui.exe file from themexp.com.but when i used ,it is not working.may be because of difference in file versions.mine is sp2 installed home edition.

i tried to edit resources as mention in the first pinned post but it looks difficult,as iam new to this.iam attaching that logonui.exe file can any one make it compatible with sp2
