Helper
Hi!I have a delicate problem....I work as an Helpdesk technician and I manage about 100 computers in an office. After installing SP2 on a couple of computers Internet Explorer starts to act strange. On the Clients(the users do not have administrator rights) when going to certain adresses for instance http://www.infotorg.se(swedish page) IE locks up. The status bar gets half way often saying "1 item remaining" and you can not click on any links on the page. After a couple of more seconds IE says "Not responding" and you have to terminate that IE-window. All Internet security settings are set to normal. When running IE as an admin. everything works fine. "1 item remaining"? Is it possible to se what that item is in any way?Any clues?
jpatto
This normally happens if you did not clean out your computer using spybot etc etc BEFORE installing SP2.
