Fullscreen Registry tweak

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a registry tweak wich limites my window fullscreen to a specific size.

=> View image for example

Max fullscreen size should be limited to the marked area. I hope you guys understand my question!

desktopx has a function to limit the windows fullscreen dunno if it helps
