Hi, i got a real problem i think...

To delete MSN user log on list.

I know that you have to:

"click the Start button -> click Run... -> type control userpasswords2 -> hit Enter or click OK -> click Advanced tab -> select Manage Passwords -> delete all Passport entries -> click OK/Apply"

Iv tried this so many times, NOTHING happens when i select an adress and press the delete button, the adresses just don't dissapear...!

Does anyone knows whats going on here???

And when i follow this trick:

http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1286/

Cool trick! But when i change it back to normal after doing this (to get my OWN adress and password stored again) all the other adresses re-apear like they never where gone!

---

XP Pro Dutch SP2, MSN 6.2, Intel Based PC :hello:

click the Start button

click Run

type: control userpasswords2

click OK

click Advanced tab

select Manage Passwords

delete whichever Passport entries you don't want

click OK/Apply.

not to sure about this, as i never use MSN. If that doesn't do it. then i'ts probably in the registry somewhere... simple google search should find that.

I would guess.. it would be at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger"

again.. not sure, as i don't use MSN.

This may help go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa and look for disabledomaincreds set this to 1

download and install windows washer from

http://www.webroot.com/products/windowwasher/

install the extra modules and run the program. Restart. This should clear the list and stop it from remembering in future due to the above tweak (you can uninstall the program if you wish, unless you want to buy it)
