I need to transfer data back and forth from my home pc all the time. Is there any way I can do it? Both of the computers are running Windows XP Professional. Thank you.
aresgodofwar Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 use remote desktop that is included with xp. open port 3389 TCP on your router. then it should work. i have mine setup behind a linksys router. works like a charm.

aresgodofwar Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 i think it uses same ports as netmeeting. which would be....522, 389, 1503, 1720 and 1731 all TCP. give that a try.
