but does one exist for WinXP SP1?

in which directory do I have to put the bits 2.0 update? (WindowsXP-KB842773-v2-x86-deu.exe)

That update, as well as any others that have the same icon, should go in SVC-HF1, though I have not yet tested it. Updates with the more typical setup icon generally go in SVC-HF2.
