CoffeeFiend Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 64 bit CPUs have nothing to do with it whatsoever... There is a lot more to it than trying to get an old format/interface to use the new hardware while staying compatible with the older stuff by just a firmware update... It just isn't that simple.
