FATAL ERROR massage?

when i try to open some of my programs like auto can in the start of the program i get an error with this massage:

FATAL ERROR: unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at 77e72b5ah

and

FATAL ERROR: unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at 6453f793h

I think when you say auto can you mean AutoCad, if so the first thing to do is update your video card drivers. If youve already done that you need to select AutoCAD or ADT from the dropdown box, then use the search to find the correct way to remve it from your machine.

Remember to re-start your pc before reinstalling and shut down everything running in the background, (anti-virus, firewalls etc etc)
