I had exactly the same problem with my old comp, and if I remember correctly I think I narrowed it down to being all those leaked Detonator drivers I installed ... So I suggest u try and install and official driver and disable any driver tweaks or hacks u might be using ...

And if all fails, a windows reinstall should hopefully do the trick :)

I was installing drivers for the hardware that was already in when this started happening, sadly to say :(

but im going to make that my last resort (reinstalling windows)

if no other good ideas come out then fudge it

ok I have a problem, I found the sources of my problems

For the RAID controller its:

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."

I also just now see a "Microsoft system management bio driver" and it has a question mark. it says this:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

now, i have the raid driver but it wont install

says:

1607: Unable to install shield scripting runtime.

now I dont even know wtf a raid controller is, any suggestions?
