It is possible to replace clean up wizard with CCleaner?

One thing i don't like about clean up wizard is that it always try to compress old and unused data, is there any way to disablt this function? Or just replace it totally with CCleaner. ( I mean when clicking clean up in Disk Properties, instead of Clean Up Wiazrd CCleaner will come up. )

Possible? ANy idea where in registry to edit?
