Cannot access video accompanying web article

Featured Replies

Hello,

IE 6 XP SP2. When trying to view a video associated with

web site article, a message comes up saying

" HTTP 404 : File Missing " & no

video can be accessed. Can you please tell

me what do do here.

Many thanks,

exnz

Judging by the error i think the file is missing. If not try to disable pop up blocker or add the site to your secure sites section to see if it makes a difference.

The file is probably not there! However, I recently had an issue where parts of pages were missing. Try it from someones elses computer (if you can) if the file is missing its missing, if its there the problem is your end.

Hello folks,

Thanks for replying jpatto & baggers02.

I took your advice baggers02 & the same prob happened with

the public computer. It has also happened

when someone has emailed me a video link.

Maybe just a dead video link??

I'll keep pressing on.

exnz :hello:
