Fezik Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 IE or Help and Support? That's the only reason I could think to keep IE.
oftentired Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 If you want you can directly download released hotfixes and updates from the Microsoft download site but I get the impression you'd rather not.The website linked below isn't terribly easy to navigate or glean useful information from. However, If you have not installed SP2 the latest release of Autopatcher contains every update, hotfix, a large number of registry tweaks, as well as some few useful third party application solutions. SP2 of course installs the updates and hotfixes that it does not supersede. In the future Autopatcher will be covering the updates and hotfixes for SP2. There is some delay of course between MS release and a release of an update by this third party.Autopatcher
Schadenfroh Posted October 27, 2004 Posted October 27, 2004 you could always get a free cd from microsoft with SP2 on it, it has nearlly all the updateslink
Fezik Posted October 27, 2004 Author Posted October 27, 2004 Autopatcher doh! Forgot about that, thanks. I'm too lazy to ask for a cd .
