Adding users

In prfile paths I would asume how would I add a user thats an admin?

Creates a user named TJ thats an administrator with password asdf1234. This is ran in my batch file.

net user TJ asdf1234 /add
net localgroup Administrators TJ /add
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited

Hope this helps, i don't know what you mean by profile paths.
