Creating LARGE Setup Projects with Visual Studio

I am trying to make an installer that will contain

1.77GB of data

300 files

and 4 folders

but it errors when the memory load gets to 1.2GB

{Project Path} Could not find file '{File path}' 'Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.'

I have 1GB RAM and 4GB as VMem

how can i get around this problem?

Use Inno Setup. It's one of the best setup utilities available, great compresson and all. Even MS and Nasa have used it.

Also get ISTool ( http://www.istool.org/ ) as it will speed up your installer script generation time by far.
