Wallpaper changer

A while ago I saw a tiny little program on this forum to change the current wallpaper on the fly. Only I was annoyed that this program didn't have a nice icon and it was nog quitte what I wanted.

So therefore, I wrote my own wallpaper change program.

Just run it without any commandline options to see which commandline options are available.

only thing is, its not a random chooser, so u have 2 specify, & IMO, its better 2 have it random, cuz if your using it unattended via your install cd, u will still have 300 pcs looking IDENTICAL just my 2 cents
