Finishing Touches-Auto arrange icons/Detailed view

I have two more things to try to figure out to put on my unattended XP install CD. I'd like to Auto Arrange the icons on my desktop and I'd like to view details in all folders.

You guys have been a big help to me. Thanks ahead of time for any help you can give.
