The easiest way to disable during an unattended install is via the WINNT.SIF file. If you'd like to disable it on all interfaces, I wrote a VBscript to do that which you can find here. Look towards the bottom of the thread.

Many thanks to you, and to use a vbs in RunOnceEx is something like below?

REG ADD %KEY%\004 /VE /D "Classes_Root REG Tweaks" /f

REG ADD %KEY%\004 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\install\VBS\test.vbs" /f
