the process csrss.exe uses all the cpu when i rightclick anything...micreosoft says that it my user nprofile is corrupt and their great solution is to delete it and create it again.. wish is not a possibility since im log on as the Administrator.. does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you set set your start menu speed (MenuShowDelay) to 0 by any chance? It's a bug in Windows 2k3 and causes the cpu usage you mentioned.
