Hi All!

I have tried to install this driver and application package many times, but i was failed.

Its installation folder contains setup.exe like 'classic" Installshield and btw.msi files too. The setup.exe cannot create iss file with the /r or /R switch, and the msi file stops (run from the batch) with the following message:

You need administrator rights to install this package.

Swithces which has been tried: "/s", "/qb", "/qn", "/passive /qn", "/quiet /qn"

could someone know the solution?

(I have an HP EVo nw8000 notebook, and HP Bluetooth driver by WidComm)

The driver location is

ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp28001-28500/SP28427.exe

do a little search i remember some1 talking about this same problem.

for me (conceptronic bluetooth) it was impossible to silent install my usb device, i tried removing bluetooth support from sp2 but anyway i still have problems with it.

an alternative can be autoit...
