October 13, 200421 yr I use DEL "%systemroot%\system32\ss*.scr"to delete the old screensavers, and they do dissapear from system32, but they are magically regenerated a few seconds later. How can I get rid of these old screensavers?
October 13, 200421 yr Author ok I had the cd in the drive so it was automatically "recovering" them. I took the cd out and tried again and the Windows File Protection came up. But I thought that was disabled by nLite? I would tell nLite to just erase them, but it erases all of the screensaves. I only want to get rid of the ones that begin with "ss" like ss3dfssbezierssbezieretc
October 13, 200421 yr Author omg genious. I gotta slow down and take a look at nlite again, and stop doing this at 3am ty
