I have tested and got no problem..

use the

wks2000.msi /q /passive

if you want to add it to unattended xp cd...then use this

start /wait %systemdrive\install\(the folder you like)\wks2000.msi /q /passive

then ...

If you want to use the cmd file from works 2000 cd...then use this

start /wait wks2000.msi /q /passive
