SovereignScorn Posted October 10, 2004 Share Posted October 10, 2004 I've got a pda. and for the last 2 months its been sitting on the table in my livingroom. So I finally plugged it in after all this time because of my girlfriend's nagging, and discovered the usefulness of AvantGo. I started messing around, noticed that when I go to google, it goes to http://www.google.com/palm, and mapquest has a "Save to PDA" option that saves your directions to AvantGo, which then uploads them to your pda when you sync. I was thinking it would be extremley usefull if msfn got the AvantGo feature to upload their news automaticly to PDAs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
prathapml Posted October 10, 2004 Share Posted October 10, 2004 Well.... this is a site/forum issue - so moving it there.Although, I don't know how many ppl are going to use the AvantGo feature - there has to be significant numbers, to think about doing such a thing....Also, I had seen that MSFN was accessible fine with a WAP-enabled cell-phone (CDMA-based) - so that is pretty much sufficient, I thought.
