Boot from External DVD Drive

I have an image on a DVD and i would like to boot from an external USB DVD-ROM, how would i go about doing that?

yup.

In my BIOS, it lists USB CDROM as an option. If it's there, it will boot. If it's not, if you have a spare CD, burn it and make it bootable. Put it in the DVD rom, set teh Mobo to the closest setting you see, and see if it works.
