aresgodofwar
i don't think the control panel itself, but you can open the items inside control panel. to find out what to type in, do a search for *.cpl for instance: acessibility is access.cpldesk.cpl for display properties. etc.
prathapml
There's any number of apps you can open at the command-line (or "Run" box).Just open CMD and type "PATH" - then all EXE's in those folders can be run directly.Typing these, will bring up this:control - Control Paneliexplore - IEmsimn - OEwmplayer - WMPmplayer2 - old WMPwinword - MS Word (if its installed).......unending list! ithackit
at the Run command line or even the command prompt you can type incontrol - launches control panel.Better yet if you type incontrol filename.cpl - will launch a specific control panel applet.control<spacebar>filename.cpli.e.control inetcpl.cpl - launches internet propertiescontrol appwiz.cpl - launches add remove programs etc..do a search for *.cpl, most of them should reside in %windir%\system32
