start menu - mail & internet no longer showup

"Internet" & "Mail" arent in start menu any more, what could cause them 2 be removed? i have 2 manually "tick" the box in "customize" under start button properties

im probly over looking something small

i dont think this has anything in it, that will do that.. i could be wrong tho

No, none of the tweaks in your post above, can do that.

I do remember though, that there was some lockdown policy that removed both the Default stickies from the start menu.

Try looking for all the HKCU or HKLM keys in your regtweaks, with "----\policies\---" sort of paths.

And yes, do tell us WHAT it was that disabled it when you find out.

That setting seems to be stored in this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartPage

Probably the value, Favorites.
