anyone no how to fix this plz , wenever i click on a click it opens a new window then it does nutin, wen i click stop i get "res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm" in the adress bar

this happened to me before but i fixed it somehow ( i think i done sumthing on start>run) but me forget now

try add a proxy server to IE, mine does it and thats the advice ive been given, i run a proxy for a bit then after a few days turn it off and all is fine.. strange i know. i think its the proxy your isp uses.

go to Tools > internet options > Connections tab > then the LAN Settings button. put a proxy server and port in there and click apply, it should work right away.

also try clearing all temp internet files and cookies.
