Delegate control for Help Desk team

Hi guys,

I need solution to add Help desk team ability to reset passwords for users, add groups for users and moving users from one OU to another. Maybe even restrictive rights for users part ( only reset password and option that user must change password at next logon).

Also little hint... our functional domain level is W2k native.

Right click the ou where the user accounts are and select "delegate control..." in the assitant select the help desk team, click next and select a common task, you should see there the "reset password" task and the user creation and management creation tasks...
