Why this one is not working with me.... silently ,,,Please have a look.......

I tried to edit the Abcpy.ini and Setup.ini with serial number Silently not working .

Abcpy.ini

[OEM Install]

Normal installation this code is working Iam getting the provided entries from abcpy.ini

Setup.ini

Setup .ini is not working either silently or normal ,,It is just giving me a progress bar and disappear.
