September 28, 200421 yr Has anyone come up with an idea how to silently install Norton Internet Security?I hv follow a link to a old topic on Norton Internet Security 2004, but it seems overcomplicated, does anyone have a simpler solution.I heard that u can remove a particular dll file so that i will not ask for the serial during startup. but no solution yet on how to activate the prog.Thank in Advance
September 29, 200421 yr No discussion allowed on deleting "the file" please - that will get interpreted as "circumventing activation".But yeah, the "over complicated" method does seem to work.

October 14, 200421 yr it will ask for the serial only after the system is restartedYou can add your serial via this reg file:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\CCPD-LC\KStore\00000082\0000000e\0000000a]"Key"="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
